Credit card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted through PayPal, an easy and secure online payment service. A 6.5% sales tax fee will be charged only to orders shipped within/to Florida.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday and not on weekends or holidays. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via email regarding the situation. Please contact us with any special delivery requests.
International orders:We will happily ship international. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We can not process refunds for any International orders. Contact us at customerservice@fabbygabby.com for any further questions regarding this policy.
Shipping Orders placed after June 10th will be processed after July 10th and will take the normal 2-3 week processing time. We will be checking our emails weekly and we will not be able to process rush orders during the month of June 10th until July 10th. We apologize for any inconveniences. :)HAPPY SUMMER!
Orders placed from June 10th-July 10th, 2009 will ship 2-3 weeks after 7/10/09 and arrive via USPS Standard Mail. Please let us know when placing your order if there is a rush request and we will do our best to get it done for you sooner!! :)If there is an issue filling your order, we will email you.
Returns:
Fabby Gabby, Inc. wants your shopping experience to be completely fabulous! We will be glad to make an exchange for an unused and undamaged item within ten (10) days of your purchase. The package must be shipped prepaid and insured. Shipping and handling is not refundable. If not completely sure on fabsies’ or tees’ size, please order a size larger.
